Calling all Harry Potter fans and animal lovers! This is Dobby, a “free elf” after he was found tied to a shoelace about two months ago. No food. No water. Thankfully, the owners surrendered him to us, where he is looking for his forever home. Loving, playful, has socialised well with the other dogs at the kennels and still only a teen.
